Yes. Signing up is completely free. Once you have viewed the loads available, if you want to book a certain load, select the load. To view the cargo owner details you will be charged a small fee of $2 easily payable through mobile money or card.

Is it Safe?

You must observe care when dealing with the cargo owner. Always apply basic transport risk management.

• Ensure your driver is alert and observes what is being loaded on to the truck. Items should be legal & with proper customs and delivery documentation. ALWAYS get a delivery document from the loading location.
• ALWAYS check that the gross tonnage and the axle distribution is in order BEFORE arriving at a government weighbridge.
• Load and offload in public/ well designated places. Ensure the loading & offloading area is an official premises ( avoid loading or offloading at areas that look abandoned as these could be arranged thefts). Engage the locals around the area to ensure they know of the cargo owner/company .
• Ensure cargo owner or clearing agent you are dealing with has an official premises and is duly registered with the governing body e.g. Revenue Authority - if a clearing agent. 

Lastly, and most important … If in doubt, DO NOT load. Get back on the app and find another load.
